Welcome to this meditation session, which is designed to serve as a tool in the operation: A Better World.
This meditation is structured using the principles of brainwave science, Silva Mind Control methods, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Our approach integrates these advanced techniques to enhance the effectiveness of your meditation experience.
Our goal is to contribute to creating a better world—a world where we, the people, can thrive and live harmoniously. Through this session, we aim to empower you with the mental tools and insights necessary to foster positive change both within yourself and in the world around you.

Find a place where you can be undisturbed, and take a comfortable position - standing, sitting or lying down. It is important that you do not perform this meditation while operating machinery or driving, for your own safety.
Let's begin by centering ourselves through the breath. Breathe in deeply and calmly, allowing each exhalation to relax deep into your body.
We will now construct two scripts where we experience one and create the other. We call them blue and green scripts.
The Blue Script:
I see and experience that the world has become difficult to live in. All prices have increased drastically and most politicians have stopped listening to the people. It feels like I'm walking in a wheel that enslaves me, all to pass on the power and wealth of those who stand atop the high mountain ranges around me. I see that important information is being kept away from me. Information that could have helped me to be more comfortable in everyday life, given me a freer economy and even better health, but all this is covered up with psuedo science that is almost true but not quite. The medicines I am offered trap me in a mill of having to take more and more. When important information is kept away from me, I don't know what to do and have to follow authorities who only feed the wheel that strengthens the position of those at the top of the mountain ranges. I am tired, exhausted and angry.
Imagine putting this script to the side.
We will now formulate our green script. This is what will appear in our reality.
Green script:
I have gained much freer finances and much freer everyday life. All my needs have been met and shadowed information is now out in the light and well recognized. All politicians must take a diploma in politics to engage in it and are held directly accountable by the people for wrong decisions. There is no one on top of the mountain ranges anymore as they returned their wealth and power to the people. The world is like new and I explore it with an open mind and a brave heart. Thanks.
You have now created two scenarios of your everyday life. The blue is how you experience it now, the green is how you want your everyday life to be.
Now we will count down to the alpha state of our mind.
Alpha waves are present during calm, relaxed, yet alert states. They can be found during light meditation, and when we feel relaxed or engaged in mindfulness practice. Alpha states facilitate stress reduction, promote mental coordination and improve overall well-being.
Count slowly backwards from 3 to alpha on exhalation.
3... 3... 3... you now feel that calmness has settled over your body.
2... 2... 2... you feel your heart calm down.
1... 1... 1... you feel your mind slow down.
Alpha...
You can create a better world. A better world for you. A better world for everyone.
It is now, right before you fall asleep, or right before you wake up. Hold on to this spot.

Say to yourself in your mind: Show me how the world will be better to be a part of for the population.
Say it again: Show me how the world will be better to be a part of for the population.

Let's go deeper (lower hz).
We will now move into the Theta state.
Theta waves occur during light sleep, deep meditation and REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. This frequency range is linked to creativity, intuition, daydreaming and emotional connection. In the Theta state, individuals can experience vivid visualizations, great inspiration and deep insight.
Start counting down slowly from 10 to theta.
10... I know I have a body.
9... my body is beautiful.
8... I am kind to my body.
7... I forgive all the flaws that are with my body and see that it always does its best.
6... I recognize familial links and embrace the closeness of energy.
5... I am free and can do what I see must be done.
4... I am passionate about my goals.
3... I can create access to what I need and enjoy everything I have.
2... I cooperate well with myself and with others.
1... I am holistic with everything and that is good.
Theta...
You are now on a Thata hjene wave.
This is where we will read our scripts and then play a mental movie.
We are now repeating the scripts from before we started counting down in meditation.
Two scripts. A blue script that we let go of and a green script that we embrace.

Destroy the blue script by igniting it while saying cancel 5 times.

Watch the flame come from your hand and destroy the blue script.
Now take your green script and send it to the universe and let it be wrapped in the omnious web that embraces your existence and let it play like a movie in your mind.
Take a few minutes for yourself and play your movie as often as you like and see the scenes with your own third eye and feel the sensations in your nerves and heart.
